Clifton Park, NY: Full House Remodel
The CleanBright team was called to remodel this home in Clifton Park, NY. The remodel included wall paper removal and painting of trim, doors, walls and ceilings throughout. All the lighting fixtures were removed and updated. The kitchen was fully remodeled with new cabinets, plumbing, hardware, granite and backsplash. Both the bathrooms on the first and second floor were completely gutted down to the studs and remodeled.

Saratoga Springs, NY: Rebuild of a Finished Basement after Mold Remediation in Residential Home
We were originally called to this home to take care of mold growth that was occurring behind the walls in the finished basement. Once we completed the mold remediation process, CleanBright rebuilt and remodeled the entire space.
We put in a closet and an additional built-in bookshelf to maximize the storage space in this basement.

Albany, NY: Water Damage Rebuild of a Residential Home
The CleanBright team was called to this home after multiple pipe bursts had occurred due to extremely cold weather over the winter. We worked with the homeowner and their insurance company to ensure that everything was repaired properly. This included taking care of the immense amount of water that had entered the building, drying out, getting the plumbing fixed (there were over 20 bursts!), hardwood flooring to match the original flooring that wasn't affected by the water damage, and rebuilding everything. CleanBright moved the kitchen from the basement to the first floor for more practical use.
Part of the process included removing some of the original hardwood flooring that had been damaged due to the water. Then we ran our drying equipment to ensure the subfloor was completely dry.

The kitchen sustained extensive damage and needed to be completely removed. Our team replaced the walls right down to the studs.

Here, you can see the process of laying new flooring and sanding the original flooring so that they could be stained to match one another. It was lengthy but very important to restore as much of the original character of this home as we could.

We had to replace all the cast iron radiators and wanted to make sure they matched the original charm of the home. They look beautiful in this space.

This was a customer we had previously performed water damage and rebuild services for. They called us for another project, a full bathroom gut and remodel.

Niskayuna, NY: Bank Foreclosed Exterior Restoration
This bank foreclosed home in Niskayuna, NY was in a need of a face lift! The CleanBright crew was called to complete this exterior restoration project. We installed a new roof on the garage, new exterior doors, and scraped andpainted the whole exterior.

Scotia, NY: Rebuild of Kitchen and First Floor of Residential Home
This home was sustained extensive water damage on the first floor from a pipe burst. The CleanBright team was hired to take care of the water damage restoration aspects of the project, as well as rebuild the space back to its original condition. We worked directly with the homeowners' insurance company to assist in alleviating some of the stress that comes with unexpected water damage.

Schenectady, NY: Rebuild of Water Damaged Bathroom in Residential Home
A leak in the bathroom caused significant water damage to this property. CleanBright Surface Restoration worked directly with the homeowner's insurance company, completing the full project from the water damage restoration and mold remediation to the full rebuild of the effected space.

Clifton Park, NY: Water Damage Rebuild of Basement in Residential Home
Our team was called by a realtor to the scene of a water damaged basement. The home was listed for sale and was already "Under Contract" when the damage occurred. Clearly a stressful situation, CleanBright worked with the homeowners, their realtor and their insurance company to repair the space with the least amount of hassle and worry.
Due to the water damage, mold began to grow on the base of the walls. You can see the black mold that began to grow on the wainscoting.
The walls were torn down to the studs to continue the drying process and to treat and kill any mold that had grown on them.

We brought in our dehumidifiers to help dry out the space to limit the extent of the damage caused by the water.
As part of the rebuild of the space, we replaced the walls with new sheetrock.

After the wainscoting was removed, you can see the mold growth on the sheetrock that was behind it.
With the completed rebuild of the space, the property was taken back to the condition it was in prior to the water damage.

Guilderland, NY: Water Mitigation Followed by Basement Rebuild
CleanBright Surface Restoration was called in to clean up after a pipe burst and carried out the full rebuild of the basement while working with the homeowner's insurance company.
We removed (2 feet) of the walls that had sustained water damage. After we dried everything out, we began to rebuild the walls.

Here you can see the process of making sure everything was perfectly level for the wainscoting to be replaced.

Next came the installation of the wainscoting and the chair rail.
