Restoration Technician
Position Type: Full or part time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
CleanBright is looking for hard-working and reliable individuals to join our restoration team. Our water damage/mold remediation technicians are responsible for the completion of water removal, structural drying, setting up and maintaining containment zones (when mold is a factor), demolishing contaminated areas, removal of contaminated items, disinfecting of contents, HEPA vacuuming, etc. Our technicians sometimes work in confined spaces, such as attics, crawl spaces and basements and are available to be on-call for 24/7 emergency service response rotation.

Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Must have excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- Knowledge and experience with tools
- Prior experience with mold remediation projects
- Basement and attic mold remediation experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience with water damage restoration and mold remediation
- NYS Licensed Mold Remediation Worker Course
