Our experienced technicians will:
- Prepare a mold remediation plan that is based off of the initial mold assessment that you get from a NYS Licensed Mold Assessor, which should be your first step in this process. For a list of assessors we recommend, visit our Mold Law page.
- Once we have discussed the plan with you and have answered any questions you have, we will begin the mold remediation process. This includes but is not limited to removing affected materials, treating and disinfecting surfaces, HEPA vacuuming, running air scrubbers and fixing the source of the moisture (if possible).
- Once the work is complete, the mold assessor will come back to the property to check the work and provide clearance of mold removal.
