We have 4 rooms in our basement. When we bought the house 3 weeks ago, we bought it with a finished basement. But after ripping up the moldy 40+ year old carpet, we discovered that the double layer of floating plywood flooring was rotting from water damage. Matt and his brother removed I have no idea how many dumpsters worth of drop ceiling tiles that were infested with mice pellets (sorry guys), sheet rock, pine paneling (the largest room was wall-to-wall pine paneling with built-in display cases, fireplace, and a huge wet bar that needed to be totally demo'd to get out the door), flooring, very old tiling, etc. After they got down to the cinder blocks and concrete floor, they did the mold remediation. They checked in every step of the way to highlight potential issues/ask questions. In addition to being polite, professional, likeable guys, they did an awesome job for a very reasonable price (it took a full week of hard labor, plus several trips to the landfill that was :30 min away). They are in the process of providing us with estimates for some additional work that we are looking to have done in our house. Very happy with CleanBright!
